Top Tier Auto Transport is a licensed auto transport broker and does not own or operate motor carrier equipment. All vehicle shipments are arranged through independent, FMCSA-licensed and insured motor carriers.
All quotes provided are estimates only and are non-binding. Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition, operability, exact pickup and delivery locations, market conditions, and carrier availability.
Payments are processed securely through an authorized third-party payment processor. Payment represents a booking, service, or brokerage fee to arrange transportation services and is required to reserve carrier availability. We do not store, process, or have access to full credit card information.
Pickup and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, traffic, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for documenting vehicle condition at pickup and delivery. Any damage claims must be noted on the carrier’s Bill of Lading and submitted directly to the transporting carrier.
Top Tier Auto Transport is not liable for acts or omissions of third-party carriers. Carrier liability is governed by federal law and the carrier’s insurance policy.
Orders may be canceled prior to carrier dispatch. Fees may apply once a carrier has been assigned.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by applicable United States federal laws and regulations, including 49 CFR Part 371.
